About the Author

MATT HAIG suffered a breakdown in his early twenties. After battling depression for a long time he turned to writing, and he now believes that reading and writing books saved his life. Very enjoyable read from the mind of Matt Haig that will have you nodding when elves make decisions that parallel the type of political decisions made today. A mean Aunt, a father with a big heart and a boy on a quest.... What a great story! And thank you Mr. Haig!

It was ok. Talk about jumping right into sex. I'm not sure that if, I fell from a cliff, hurt my back and leg, rescued by a stranger and brought back to a cabin with another big guy, that I would be creaming my jeans about them. I think I'd be in a little too much pain for a few days. It also jumped time. Lost a lot in this book.
