A Pretty Good Release!

Not much I can really say about this that wasn't said in my review of volume 1. This omnibus contains the last 2 volumes that makes up the original "Kingdom Hearts" story and is a worthy companion to volume 1.

One disappointing thing was that, while the previous omnibus included colour pages of the covers from the single editions that Tokyopop released year ago, this omnibus doesn't. Not even a black and white version of the Atlantica cover. Still I'm told the Japanese release didn't include either so that may have something to do with it.

All in all, still a strong translation, giving the characters more distinctive voices through their dialogue then Tokyopop did and featuring a more easy to read font as well. My concerns from volume 1 still carry over, but those are personal nitpicks, that keep the release from being perfect in my opinion, and should not stop you from picking this up.

Wonderful book

This volume continues right off from where the first volume leaves off. Exactly like the first game in the series. It was wonderful to see Winnie the Pooh, Atlantica, Neverland, and many more in the book. I thought it was cool to even see Roxas in the book and the artist does a wonderful job of making all the characters look like themselves. A really good buy for any Kingdom Hearts fan both young and the young at heart.

Like the 1st volume this is a definate get for KH fans. Would have to say don't wait since decent KH items are hard to come by. The art is fantastic for this story and has all you favorite levels....except Nightmare Before Christmas....not sure why or if this only in the american editions but its still worth a read and buy for your collection.

It doesn't get any better than this

In an earlier version of this volume I studied it for an entire summer and passed the Master Electrician Exam the first time. That was decades ago.
Anyone interested in the trade would be wise to start here.
When I teach in this area I go beyond the book and focus on the mathematics and also use the volume Electrical Power System Basics--likewise available from Amazon.

Now something people should attend to is there are conflicts between the National Electrical Code and the Code used my the power utility. These have severe consequences for safety. But that is another discussion.

Excellent does not even begin!!!

I am an apprentice electrician who has done a bit of everything. I have a grand desire to LEARN and this book has continually satiated that desire. I have been reading it in conjunction with an illustrated guide to the NEC and can't imagine how anyone could put the practical in written form any better. I strongly suggest this book for anyone who desires to not only be an electrician, but one with a mind towards doing your job safely. Not simply for self-preservation, but for the safety of client and bystander as well. I must confess that I am not finished with the book, but am gleaning loads of wonderful guidance. EXCELLENT!

Today, there are so many books with the magical word "options" in the title that it is difficult to find the one that has the information you really need . . . to understand the fundamentals of options valuation, their trading strategies and their probable profits.

This book stands in a class all its own. It brings definitive clarity to the analysis and application of the cornerstone of all options theory - - - the Black-Scholes model. Detailed analyses of the basic option strategies are provided (buying and selling of Calls, Covered Calls, Puts, Protective Puts and Spreads - - - Bull, Bear, Ratio, Back as well as Straddles, Strangles, Butterflies and Condors). The results that can be expected from these strategies at expiration are also presented.

Two very useful programs are provided on a CD that evaluate the profit potential of these strategies given the current in- and out-of-the money option strikes on any underlying. These programs will be most accurate if the recent returns of the underlying are Gaussian distributed (well diversified ETFs, the S&P 500 or on any stock with a near-Gaussian return history). The author provides a sampling of some investment results that were achieved using these tools.

One of the best books on options currently available. Many books when it comes to the mathematics side of options, become very complicated, this is not the case here. It is well set out and easy to understand. Would highly recommend it be the first choice for anyone who is interested in or already trades options and may want a better understanding of the fundamentals.

If someone is looking for a basic understanding of the probalilistic nature of characterizing options behaviour without having sophisticated mathematical/statistical background this book almost uniquly provides that for you. Found the book's organization and clarity excellent with final set chapters bringing together all the lessons of early learnings very usefully expecially the calculations of the expected results for all common options strategies. One thing the reader needs to be aware of is that this book will not teach you how to trade options - there are much better books out there. After reading this book it will hopefully make you make a better decision on selection of the various options tools / strategies software in marketplace.

Great book for leaders!

TL:DR - This book brings up great points that even great managers can be guilty of doing, and provides alternative view points / advice.

This book is an easy read. If you put aside 15 minutes a day, that's enough time to read and digest one chapter a day.

He breaks down the challenges 'Santa' faces, and then identifies the root cause of the challenge and then addressing that appropriately. I think this is the strength of this book - don't put a bandaid on a problem. Identify the correct root cause and approach the issue at a fundamental level.

If you are looking to gather different perspectives for your management style and how you manage, as well as an easy read with great analogies, then get this book.
